5 days since the last post on this thread? We're slacking.

Baseball Opening Day today! (For the important team, anyway.)

I'm gonna watch the Frozen Four tonight with some other Minnesotans. It's a great day in sports. :)

UND also played dump and chase practically the entire game, with minimal success. Michigan executed their game plan well, and the Sioux had no answer.

True.

But that 0/40 goals to shot ratio is the focal point in my opinion...

Definitely--I found their power play in particular to be pretty underwhelming, considering the talent they had out there.

Salmon on the ice--who do they think they are, International Falls?

Sounds good to me. Pacific Coast salmon is wonderful. A HS friend's dad has a boat up in Alaska and brings it back to sell in Duluth. Best fish I've ever eaten.

Oh, NHL. I'm afraid that's all the hockey we have until next fall, though.

Caps lost Game 3... Is there another opening round collapse in the future for this team...?

Man, Gaborik with a bad tip in front of D net... Hit Cap in chest, down in crease, easy tap in... Otherwise might have been another Ranger victory...

Did you guys see Game 4 - Caps/Rangers at MSG, after Cap coach lit up MSG and the fans for not being a good building or loud...?

Ranger fans exploded for about 5 minutes with "CAN YOU HEAR US!"
It was rather hilarious... :D

 Good work, Ranger fans.

Looks like the Caps have the series in hand, but you never can be too sure when it comes to the Caps in the playoffs.

It has been very enjoyable to watch this years Stanley Cup playoffs... Eight days in a row with an OT game involved... good hockey!

Last night, Blackhawks - Canucks game was awesome...

Blackhawks Crawford was outstanding, and kept them in the game, as I felt the Canucks played their best overall game last night, with physical play, and tenacious forechecks...

Watching the game, did anyone notice that the Blackhawks D - Keith, Seabrooke, Campbell and Campoli, all looked extremely slow and tired the whole game... Time after time, they were beat to pucks, and Keith was horrible with the Burrows take down... Seabrooke looked like he was playing bantam speed in an NHL game... Thought there would be more urgency... :-k

Campoli, what the heck was he thinking throwing the puck right to Burrows...

Liked Leddy's play... He looked young at times, but he played steady, and did not look as slow as the other D all night...

Have to admit, I was disappointed the Hawks lost... Not a big Canuck's fan... with exception of Ballard... :D
