A federal grand jury is considering whether to indict San Francisco Giants slugger Barry Bonds for perjury because of testimony he gave to another grand jury in 2003.
It should have never got to this point in 2007.

Ummm, he lied under oath to a Federal grand jury. He was given immunity for his tesitomy yet he still lied. Remember this started out as a Federal case against BALCO, it was never about Bonds. Victor Conte, Greg Anderson, et. al. went to jail, BALCO was shut down. Now some high profile athletes who lied under oath are starting to take the fall.
