The Catholics keep winning, the theme of this thread
Their chances are good, they are anything but dead
Slapshooter is a "fall away", his spirits have been dampened
He just cant accept that something wonderful is going happen
SS has no faith, no hope , no directon
But HAL has it right, his rankings are good detection
The Catholics are ready to take up the stand
Cuz everyone knows "Its all in His hands"
The Catholic repeat is something they cannot prevent
It all started and will end in a season known as Lent

Well, lets see where we are at.
CDH will be favored over Woodbury Thursday night at the Fair Grounds in the section 2AA final.
AHA likewise vs Burnsville in the 5AA final.
Tonight, the HM Pioneers take on the Centennial Cougars.
I havent heard much trash talk form either Neut or AP on this one, a sign they are both a little nervous, which is healthy.
The winner draws the explosive, if not eradic, WBL Bears on Sat night for the 3AA crown.
Last year Mrs packerboy and I were at the HM /WBL final. It was as good a High School game as I have ever been to.
I wouldnt mind seeing a rematch.
Go Catholics.

The days are gettin a little longer now with a little more sunlight
I actually saw some robins in my front yard. If I wasnt sober, I wouldnt have believed what I was seeing. Its a good sign.
Another good sign is that the kids are both gettin out of rehab on the first of the month, which is tommorow already.
Jeepers, time flies. It seems like only yesterday they were just startin to do drugs and alcohol and now thay are both finishing up their second stint in rehab. It goes by so fast.
I hope they can find a ride home.
It looks like packerboy has 3 catholic teams alive. I dont think HM can beat both Centennial and White Bear but you never know.
Like I was sayin earlier, 2 of his teams wil get there and I am still not convinced that anybody can beat AHA.
But anyways, I think I'll stand outside in the sun and have a jack.
Why dont you do the same?

I see that Lent has been kind to AP so far and well worth waiting for.
Well, that's why we have this joyous season. ... I guess.
I any event, 3 Catholic teams will play in the next couple of days for the right to defend the title in St Paul.
Our thoughts and prayers go with them.
Other teams are giving it their all too.
There will be a lot of prayers floating out of arenas in the next couple of days even by the Godless public school supporters.
As the old saying goes " There are no atheists in a fox hole".
The ultra liberal , secular humanists wont find any solace in Kwanzaa tonight.
How will it all turn out?
The only thing I know for sure is: "Its in His hands"
HAL has confirmed the accuracy of the message.
Something wonderful is going to happen.

Bring all your friends....... you'll need all the help you can getAnkles Pierre, Jr. wrote:When Ankles Pierre said he would mop the floors with BIAFP, BIAFP thought both he and AP would be holding mops!
Does BIAFP really need Ankles Pierre to put BIAFP through the ringer, too, before BIAFP will finally get the picture?
Don't make AP show BIAFP what BIAFP can do with BIAFP's job offer!

BIAFP does not really want to challenge AP the man with the Johnny Weissmuller-like physique!
Why do you think Slappy calls Ankles Pierre... Tarzan the APe(man) JR.... which would actually mean AP is Korak....
Regardless, the girls of this board know AP is HOT (sorry girls, AP is taken)!
However, AP will not need to use his Tarzan yell setting his elephant friends on a raging stampede just to flatten one over-matched BIAFP!

Well, while BIAFP is thinking of another thought provoking post for our further discussion, we come to another Friday in Lent.
A little self deprivation and some snow shoveling ought to prepare the Catholics for the battles this weekend.
Having the games delayed so as to put another Friday before the finals should help the Catholics.
Some macoroni and cheese, fishsticks, cheese pizza and tuna fish casorle ought to help prepare our teams for the upcoming games.
The Catholics are going up against behemouth, suburban schools which are well funded by the taxpayers. They enjoy the finest facilities.
But all of that isnt going to matter because when the snowy clouds go away:

"Its in His hands"
