New Prague actually did come to play hendy...It just seemed like they couldn't get anything going...Mankato out worked them, and new prague couldn't stay out of the box as much as they probably would've liked to...it was ?2-1?(or 3-1) after the first...

Southwest/SLP - 1
Irondale - 2

Southwest/SLP - 1
Irondale - 1

Yes, you read that correctly. SW/SLP has been in a bit of a slump as of late.
I gotta give credit to Irondale, they came and played hard both games and their goalie did an outstanding job keeping the puck out of the net in these games.

Highland - 3
SW/SLP - 2

Very fast and Physical game. I'd like to call out some officials mistakes, but our team just didn't finish and get the puck in the net. Highland can sure play physical when they need too.

I personally think Highland can play and when both Highland and Johnson are on the top of their games, I envision Highland pulling out close wins. Highland seems to have a bit more depth and a few more players that can put the puck in the net. Johnson has 1 VERY good player that scores the majority of their goals. They are both decent teams and at this point right now are a little bit stronger than SW/SLP, while atleast Highland is 2-0-1 and Johnson is 1-0-1 Vs SW/SLP, so that is the way it has to be right now.

I know from the last two games I went and scouted Johnson they have more than just one player, in the last two games Johnson has 11 goals with that one player mentioned getting none. I have seen Highland and each time referees seem to let them get away with alot. I go watch other districts and they let them be a little more physical then the TC district.
Maybe that is part of the TC districts problems when they go to regionals.

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... arado23 at: 1/6/06 8:31 am

SLP Coach i agree i also think that highland is better than johnson. Johnson has one good line that scores pretty much all the goals. I would would rather have a team with depth than a team with one good line.

Hey could you give me the leauge standings?

Compairing apples to oranges Johnson has 42 players trying out for Pee Wee's Highland has 135 players, SW/SLP has about the same as Johnson, Who should have a better chance at three balanced lines not SW/SLP, Johnson,Irondale,Richfield,Wasburn or Como.

Johnson 10 wins 1 loss 1 tie 7 HEP 28 Total
Highland 9 wins 2 loss 1 tie 9 HEP 28 Total
SW/SLP 5 wins 3 loss 5 tie 10 HEP 25 Total
Washburn 4 wins 6 loss 3 tie 12 HEP 23 Total
Irondale 1 win 10 loss 1 tie 11 HEP 14 Total
Richfield 1 win 8 loss 1 tie 9 Hep 12 Total

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... arado23 at: 1/6/06 2:30 pm
