Re: bias

Blog, we all have biases. The question is what do you do with them. You've conceded that Gardiner may be a better player down the line but stated that Ness is better for a HS player today. Hardly seems like a crime. Jake Gardiner will do well with hockey. He'll probably be a 1st Rounder. He may eve...

I highly doubt a kid on Chaska has 80 goals but I could be wrong.

I have also seen Minnetonka play and their top two players are 8 and 22. 21 was on the third line if i recall correctly and 8 their captain is their best player.

Other than that your list looks pretty good.

Tposhelf, I have to disagree. Minnetonka may have lost to your team and Burnsville early in the season but they beat your team twice one 3-0 and dominated Burnsville 4-0 in St. Cloud. I also think they have a good shot at regions but that is just my opinion and you are entitled yours.

I also agree. They are an impressive team that has played right with the top teams in the state ( EP twice, Edina, Wayzata). Not to mention they have the district tournament right on their home ice.

Here's what happened with the green division: 1. Best Record - Burnsville, Minnetonka, and St. Cloud were all 2-1. 2. Head - to - head - all teams were 1-1 against eachother. 3. Goal differential - Minnetonka and St. Cloud were both +6 and Burnsville was 0 so that knocked Burnsville out. 4. Goals Ag...

I saw him play at the Burnsville Bantam A tournament this year. He is a Big boy like in the 6" 4"" if my memory serves me right. He didn't have much speed or skill though. He also got kicked out of the championship game for arguing over a penalty called on him.

Jake Youso is very impressive, but so is Ness. This will be a fun race. I disagree, this is not a race at all. It is merely a Mr. Hockey award. It's not a race...it's really not even a question... This years award will go to the top rated pro prospect...I haven't seen the scouting lists on who that...
