How did this happen after such a great game against Virginia? The Greenway/Rapids game was the most embarassing thing I have ever seen from a Greenway team. No heart what so ever. Greenway played a good game against Grand Rapids. Although the final score was 6 to 3 (in favor of Rapids), the game was very intense and close throughout the night. Greenway's first game
Greenway has won the first game of their season. They beat Minneapolis West by a score of 6 to 3. Jeff Johnson had 2 goals while Dan Foster, Joe Westlake, Al Guyer, and Seth Lithcke each had one.

It is true that numbers are low in the greenway hockey program, as well as all the greenway athletics, but good numbers don't necessarily translate to success.
