I didn't know I needed to hold your hand... My point was to look at any Box Score of those two games and see that he was participating in them. On collegehockeystats.net it is pretty easy to figure out. Or for breakout: http://collegehockeystats.net/0708/boxes/mcc_u181.o12 http://collegehockeystats....

What is the explanation to Ness not being eligible for Mr. Hockey? If he is taking grade 12 classes along with his grade 11 classes, and the scheduled graduation date to be this spring, what is stopping him from being considered a Senior and therefore eligible for Mr. Hockey? These questions should ...

highly disagree with that comment about football section championship more beneficial to a hockey player than 100 hours of icetime... ya its beneficial for the football part of it... we do live in the hockey state here... If 100 hours of ice time is going to make or break this kid, he isn't good en...

OLDRAM: Every year I have players come to me and say they have to miss a game to play in some Elite tournament or basketball tournament. For every game they miss I bench them for that many games when they come back. Am I right or wrong? I have mixed feeling about benching a kid for missing a game. W...

Definitely like the responses and like Ram Hockey said, both sides are accounted for. I agree and disagree with the comments. Kids these days are driving themselves to practice, signing up for there own teams, and becoming a lot more independent these days with the so many avenues they can take. Pus...

Athletes playing Elite Hockey and Fall Football
One of the biggest struggles some kids have is wether to choose to play Football for their hometown or Elite Hockey where the perks are getting better and better with scouts and ice time. Coming from a town where HS sports is the town's pride and joy, the choice is very difficult for true athletes t...

I understand the concept of the whole Mr. Hockey award, but just to throw out a question... Why do they only restrict the award to seniors and not to the best player in the league like other great trophies in other leagues like the Hobey and the Heisman? Aaron Ness has recieved more attention than a...

How can you downgrade Oliver because he surrounds himself with good people and then call Ikola the greatest of all-time when he made an art of surrounding himself with good people (who contributed more than most people know to the success of Edina hockey)? Part of being a great head coach is having...

Bill Lund and Andy Lundbohm were the core of what happened in '07. They ran practice and know how Roseau hockey works... Let the kids skate and use their imagination. God knows the kids know hockey and have been on the ice more than anyone, we all saw it happen in St. Paul. Oliver is an amazing moti...

Re: The real story
[quote="Dickie Dunn Funny, I don't ever recall seeing anything but positive things said about Bjerk on here. So if Alex stumbles they're not going with BigRoy07. If that's the case why'd they keep him too? LOW could have used a goalie. :P[/quote] I guess I do apologize, there hasn't been negati...

The real story
This is the biggest rivalry in the state with no matter what the season has done, both teams are going to come to play. With that said, Warroad is going to win or lose with Jake V. But here is the thing that no one has even brought up about the kid. He is a BIG GAME goalie! However, you have to look...
