Why would you not want the best kids on your A team? I have never understood having equal B teams for associations who have two B teams. The best kids should be able to play together to get better. I don't know of any association who would be able to compete with two A teams not even Edina.<!--EZCOD...

Mike Lee is the Roseau team. You have to give him a lot of credit to the teams success this year. As far as weak competition in the VFW... The same thing happens in the other state tournie also. Not all the best teams make it there. State Champs Centennial did not make it. Most A Bantam teams on any...

Game was played at the Little Ralph in Thief River Falls. Stand out players for the bears: Goalie: Owen Collette played very well. Got a shut out against Duluth in the final. Defense: Brent Putney played very well as well as Forward: Matt Sura. All three have a great shot at making the varsity team ...

I would be more worried about getting hurt. I have seen 11th grade JV players go gunning for the smaller players. They know that they will never play varsity... so they have nothing to lose. If you are good enough to make a varsity team then thats your choice. But what is more fun ?...being the stud...

Sorry AJ... I don't think many people care about a B level game that happened last year. WBL can be proud of how well they did this year in a tough regions bracket. Also, I was really impressed with how well WBL played against Orono in regions. <p></p><i></i>
