Re: refs

I do think they miss Hanson for the extra scoring punch. Right now, the only line for WB that's really a constant threat is the Grun, Roth, Svoboda line. Defensively all three lines that play are pretty good, but they haven't been putting too many pucks in the net.<br><br>Good game last night though...

Last night they had a guy wearing #37 playing. Anyone know who that is. I couldn't find him on the varsity or JV roster...<br><br>I thought they played pretty well last night for having to reshuffle the deck so much. Tonight will be a real test though. <p></p><i></i>

Re: No Thanks

Impressive work Roofuss. Although the way I heard it was that the Church wasn't trying to compete with the pagen holidays, instead it was trying to coincide with them. Much the same way that Constantine changed the sabbath from the traditional Saturday (which is still the Jewish sabbath, as well as ...

I'm pretty excited about this game after last year's thrilling sectional final between these two. I've never been to Centennial's arena, is it a nice place?<br><br>4-2 victory for the Bears with an empty netter. Go Bears! <p></p><i></i>

Not really sure. I don't know the team well enough to know. All I've got is the roster from mshsl and the game programs. Was he on JV? <p></p><i></i>

Re: FSN

Yeah, watching that game on FSN it seemed like most of the best players on the ice were sophomores. Not being a Moorhead or East fan, its a little scary to think of how good these two teams could be in the years to come.<!--EZCODE EMOTICON START :x --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons...

Re: Curse...

I agree with what has been said here that WB will improve as the season goes along, and of course I'm picking them to win the section. Aside from Hill who I think is an elite team and will be extremely tough to beat in sections, I always get nervous about Roseville. I don't know much about their tea...

We'll see MNpuckster27. I'm looking forward to a potential WBL/Hill matchup at the Colliseum. Its always great when these two teams are among the elite in the state. That'll be one heckuva game. <p></p><i></i>

Re: Defense is softer...

I have to agree with WBLBears06 that the Bears probably won't give up 3 goals to Cloquet. From what I've seen of them this year its going to be a very rare occurance when they give up 3 goals in a game. Their D is very disciplined and good at moving the puck. I can only remember 2-3 odd-man rushes a...

Re: whooooo really cares

And lets also not forget that the Bears are tied for the most consolation championships in state history. Even though we have never been able to win that first round game, we usually take care of business at Mariucci.<!--EZCODE EMOTICON START ;) --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/wi...
