STA started their #1 goalie and he got yanked mid-first period after giving up 3 goals on 6 shots. Then their #2 played rest of the game.

Eagan, for example, will be losing players who scored over 80% of the goals. The JV is awful and the Bantams are even worse. Their cute 3 year run is over. Eastview and Apple Valley have a declining population. Expect younger programs with strong Bantams to take over - like Rosemount and Farmington.

TG's lack of quality teams on their schedule has caught up to them, and even though they played their backup goalie STA dominated every aspect of the game. TG's schedule is a joke...STA 4-1. But I still think they'll meet in Section final and then anything can happen. Last years OT game was one of the best high school games of the season.
