Von Ruden is sophmore defenseman, moves the puck very efficiently and can shutdown 1 on 1's and 2 on 1's all the time. High IQ for the game does not get rattled.

I think Winona and/or Dodge County should be moved out of 1AA to 1A and Rochester Lourdes be moved from 1A to 1AA so that there is more of a balance in the two sections. Any thougths?
