I see Luverne beat New Ulm last night, maybe I jumped the gun putting NU winning the section. Did NU play badly or has Luverne picked it up?

Very good hockey and very good coaching, to bad the evaluators weren't as good. We knew our daughter was a long shot, so her not making it wasn't to disappointing. What was disappointing is who else did and didn't make it. It is amazing to me how 2 sections out of 8 accounted for 27 of the 54 girls ...

Are looking for skaters only or is there still space for a goalie?

Hutch will be going to state out of this section. They have been a middle seed the last few years and still made it, it won't be any different this year. The addition of Mound won't make a difference!
