Im sure all the benilde/private haters all think that when the hill Murray ducked out of a hit behind the net and sent Horton flying over him, that that was just a sweet cool hip check, even though it's a suspendable play in the NHL? Are you accusing him of clipping Horton? Hmm... 8) Yes that's wha...

I think the "future" should be focused on the players from 212 and 216 getting their respective teams into the tourney instead of watching and looking like idiots from the upper bowl.

Personal opinion.

Don't private school kids have any sense of loyalty?

Not very impressed with 216 this year. Our season tickets are right below the section. The rude nasty chants can go away! as far as I can see, there is a kid that graduated probably around 2000 that leads them all. really, late 20s and still hanking out with high schoolers trying to be their motiva...

I'm cheering for Jack but not for Benilde...if that makes sense. I find it sickening to see how all of a sudden everyone believes that BSM is such a clean, good-natured school and that they should be the favorite. What happened to the numerous threads about Sir Ken Pauly and his emotional breakdown...

This will be a great game. As a benilde fan I do hope they wins and truly think they can win if everyone brings it-but there have been times when this just doesn't happen. Tonkas D core is solid. They're better than benildes D in my opinion. Besse and Horn have been playing extremely well as of late...

I think this will be like the 2007-2008 season. the winner of this game will not move on to state. Benilde may win tonight, but if the win tonight I find it hard to think they will be able to beat Minnetonka twice

To be clear, the Moorhead-EP game did count as a Moorhead win. That's why they're ahead of EP. Yes, Moorhead beat EP and Benilde beat Moorhead, but we have to take more than those games into account. EP has had a very difficult schedule so far (all but one game against top-20 teams), plus a very va...

Come on guys this is one game, BSM played a poor game but they are still working on their systems and working to play as a team. Gived them til after Holidays to make judgement. They have so much talent that it takes time to gel. They will be getting their goalie back soon and the team will start p...

Re: Thoughts on Minnetonka JGB black this year?

I was spectating a practice the other night and they looked like a competitive junior gold A team. They have 5 bantam A players from last year along with a couple b1 players. They do however have 1 or 2 players who looked pretty weak but every team will. However what really stuck out was the Holy A...

March is a long way off, but the road to the State Championship runs through the east side of Duluth. Tonka Skippers are my pick to win Section 6AA, and make some tourney noise. They won't be flashy, but they'll be very solid on defense, deep, and they'll score enough to get by. BSM is a formula 1 ...

Great signing for the Gophers. My guess is the Gophers see Nanne sticking around all 4 years, not solely playing to increase his draft stock, a skilled 3rd line guy that can fill in on the top 6 forwards if need be because of his unselfishness and making others around him better, great penalty kill...

Re: Next Year

Tonka was a young team this year (6 or 7 seniors). There will be some Tonka varsity cuts, there always is in any program, and a majority of this years returning Warrior players were on the U16 championship team from last season. I look for them to be a contender the JGA 'ship next year. Tonka gets ...
