Faribault beats West 5-1, Putrah from Faribault had a hat trick, Faribault out shots West 39-13 would have been worse except for the dominate play of defensman Nate Jose from West with 19 blocked shots.

Most kids want to continue on with the sport but have to give it because they were not a superstar at the age of 15. There are many kids that are late bloomers and enough of them to make it a ...

In deffence of Sioux Fan the first two sessions each went an extra half hour longer so each kid got a four hour look. However thought there were one - two kids cut on Saturday that should be on the team, I personaly would have cut about 5 kids that made the team.

Faribault should be the hands down favorite, they are loosing the least and may gain a top notch player or two.

Best shot at taking section 1 also.

Maybe the two East kids will talk there parents into moving to the WESTside, and with the super sophmore class they would dominate, if the two junior defense men stay in Mankato.

Hey Marty would that be the same Bantam B team that you play on :?:

Nate Jose of Mankato West, a defenseman that plays defense. Great speed, great hands, excelent vision on the ice and tremendous hockey sense. Does all the things that does not show up on a stat sheet.
A defenseman should be judge on defense not on goal scoring.

I think it could go either way, have not seen North play at all strengh of schedule does help, but will give the edge to Century if they play like they did against Mayo on Saturday.

North 2
