Honestly, coyotehockey, you don't know what you're talking about. Coach Vannelli's comments were repeated to Marvin out of context...Vannelli has repeatedly praised the abilities of the Warroad goal scorers and their stellar goalie. His comment was merely a indirect compliment to his team for being ...

Sorry if I'm missing your point (or deliberately ignoring it because I think it's ridiculous to attack anyone's character, especially coaches who practically donate their time to help young girls achieve their goals and who might have very little say in what Class they can participate in...) I was s...

The coaches and ADs should be proud. Players on teams like Breck, Warroad, and other strong teams work uncommonly hard to achieve their goals year round. These girls want to win State Championships and shouldn't have to quit playing to their abilities as soon as they've put a game out of reach in an...

If we continue to pressure the top three or four small schools to move up to AA, aren't we coming much too close to creating a tier system? If the opt-up option was not available, it would serve to keep the small schools in the small school state tournament ...and frankly, I don't see much of a reas...

Thunderbird77, I suggest you reconsider your use of the word "threat". I don't think you realize the severity of your accusations. Emails of that nature are more often than not a product of difficulties in trying to accommodate the many requests of the participants and the nature of on-lin...

I am completely embarrassed for the people posting in this thread that have no idea what they are talking about and, quite frankly, I am infuriated that you are using misguided rumors and uneducated guesses to attempt to defame one of the biggest advocates and supporters of MN girls' hockey. I have ...

Be careful about buying into all the CODP Olympic-connection hype as the price rises quickly. The name and the name of Dr. Blatherwick have been franchised out to the highest bidder. Any connection now to anything Olympic is in name only--it's a privately-run for profit enterprise. The program itse...
