Try-outs and team selections for the FIRE are made in June. Months before association tryouts. So to speculate that they didn't make the grade they wanted in association is totally wrong. FIRE formed long before association.

If you would pay attention, they 98 Fire was fueled by the desire of the kids to be able to continue playing...

Obviously it is not the same as an association going to the tourney and winning it? How likely will that be? Differant structure in association vs. AAA.

Hasn't the 95 machine team simply run its course and the kids are older now? Does the other AAA summer teams have a 95 level?
