Even if the district is weak they need a rep but you are right. I am from D10 and we can send only 2 in PeeWee B1 and all others. I would put our 4th and 5th place teams up against any from D1 or D4 and they would do well I think. There isn't 1 team from D1 or D4 ranked in the top 20 for Peewee B. Y...
