I see that, I'm wondering what happened to him? He looks like a 4th liner. He was on track to be a stud. Is he to slow? No defense? I think he gave a verbal to ND. Is that offer still there?

What happened to Mike Fink? He left early to play in Waterloo and he is not even playing. Is he hurt, not good enough, what gives?

Hopkins top ten with right goalie

Hopkins is a top ten team when Fons plays. They have played the back up goalie in 2 of the losses and he is terrible. The one loss Fons played was in Hermantown and it is a tough place to win.

Highland Park was a hockey power in th 70's winning the City title in 1976. It was the only time Highland has won the city championship. They were lead by Tom Funk who set a assist record that year with 29 in 12 games. Also John Alexander was the leading scorer in the city that year with 44 pts in 1...

Hopkins would of been a .500 team with a real schedule. Skalbeck is the one that made the line go. Boyd has a chance but only if he leaves Hopkins to get real coaching. Groom was a floater who finished now and then on breakaways. He would of made no impact in the sections. The games got more physica...
