The MTKA tourney is always a good one. It doesn't suprise me in the least that EP was trying to avoid playing Wayzata. EP vs Wayzata Friday night? I'll take Wayzata....

I'd say the four favorites in the quarters are: Edina, Centennial, WBL, and Jefferson. However I'm predicting at least one of these teams get upset right off the bat. I think White Bear will win it all this year.

What does the "R" stand for? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought it was Rosemount.

Isn't RAVE a combination of three schools without an A team? They damn well better be the strongest B team...

haha i love how nobody gives edina any love just because they are EDINA. i admit i am from edina, and may be biased, but the hornets have only lossed 2 games the whole year and havent lost since early december. they split with WBL, the first time they beat them 6-1, total ass whooping and then WBL ...

I agree, I think White Bear Lake will beat Edina in the Championship.

Centennial will beat Jefferson for Third.

Minnetonka will beat Duluth for Consolation.

I would agree with you except Wayzata is 8 and Stillwater is 9.

selfpromoter, have you looked at the standings lately?? Minnetonka will be lucky to finish 10th. They have killed themselves with lack of fair play points. And Duluth isn't even in the regional tournament-they play up north....

Wayzata is not as bad as everyone thinks. They have beaten some good teams.

Sioux Falls can be pretty good.

Shawn Emslander is by FAR the best hockey player in the state. Can anyone else say they already have 79 points this season? (43 goals, 36 assists)... He just plain dominates. I can't believe he is not playing varsity hockey cause he could for sure be a top line skater on every varsity team in state.

Wayzata freakin blows. Eden Prairie has already beat them three times this year...
