its a shame that LF got paired up against STA in the first round. Would have loved to see them play them in the finals or semis. They seemed to be the second best team in the tourney its to bad they had to play the sausage fest first round.

There is a lot more to coaching than just how they do at the end of the year. Nobody on that team respects Sager and i don't blame them. I had him for a baseball coach and he constantly contradicts himself and half the time he doesn't make sense. You say WB is upset when they don't win state give me...

Not even a slight chance of Ryan Wolter? Not even Ryan Wolter. He isn't ready to leave nor good enough to leave...yet. Same with everyone else. Mark my words, nobody will leave. That's good to hear. It's nice when these kids stick with their high school programs. There has been a few rumors about #...

Student sections don't stand because they want to obstruct the view of others or becaus they think it's funny when others can't see. They stand because it makes the game much more fun to watch for the students and much more intense for the players. Students want to stand as much as parents want to ...

i dont get why so many wbl fans show up when they always lose to hill... isnt it kind of demoralizing? Not one bit. White Bear fans love their team. Win or lose they will always be behind them. What would be demoralizing to White Bear would be having fans that only show up for sections and state. J...

okay CFM- I have to reply. first, let me be truthful and admit that I am a parent of a Roseville hockey player. both teams played a great game last night, and although of course I am disappointed that Roseville lost, that doesn't take away from the fact that it was a great game. I don't know why ev...

High school hockey does not get any better than this. Third times a charm: WB lost to Hill twice this year and this will be there third time playing them and WB lost to Hill the past 2 section championships. I'm hoping that somethings gotta give. The atmosphere on a WB/Hill friday night game, there ...

Looking forward to this one. Both teams hate each other by now as do the fans. You have to be a little worried about them over looking Roseville and thinking about Hill but that doesn't seem to be the case. Either way they will be fired up for this one. Hopefully they will contain Mueller and WB can...

I watched the Johnson vs. Roseville game and I have to say I was impressed by the Johnson kids. They all seemed to be giving 100%. I was very impressed with #10. I think he is someone we will hear about in the future. As a side note, I must say that at times this games appeared to be all about the ...

White Bear Lake may have a tough time against Tartan. I could see the Titans pulling off an upset in that one.

First of all they lost 4 of there better players that should be playing this year. Two of which would have made a huge impact but are off playing juniors and the other two definitely would have helped but they had behavior problems and were kicked off the team. As for the captian that didn't have a ...

Roseau is defending state champs and they haven't lost a game this year. To say that Edina is better is ridiculous, yea they've played better teams but they've also lost a game. Until Roseau loses before or during state, they are the best team.

Yeah there is no way, no way HM outdraws White Bear Lake. C'mon, let's get real here. Don't try and play the numbers game either, I don't care if they're apparently 1/3 the size of other schools, they still don't have a very good attendance turnout at all. You're right that they had a good section ...

Communities don't have private schools. I don't think there is a private high school north of Duluth. Precisely. That's because communites don't have people, or at least enough to warrant alternatives. You speaking out on the private school issue is like asking an Irishman about race relations invo...

Just curious.. Is sections important enough for the East student section to stand or do they just enjoy sitting to much?
