When Biwer's back in action, SLP is going to the top. All he needs is a little deer antler spray.

Congrats to the warriors for winning today 5-1 over Edina.
After an interesting semi final finale for edina against blaine which resulted in a bench clearing brawl and having 5 edina players suspended for the game including two captains and another player getting injured it was going to be tough for them to win. Too bad that happened would have liked to see these teams play full strength as they split the regular season series 1-1 but nonetheless Congrats to Tonka

Re: edina
With about 3 seconds left the score was 4-3 edina the puck was in edina's zone when a player dives out to clear the puck as time expires. A player on blaine then cross checks him in the upper back while he is on the ground 2 or 3 times. (game was quite chippy and these teams had history with a fight earlier in the year between 2 players) While this is happening the edina team comes out to celebrate the close win with the goaltender but the goaltender who might have been the only edina player on the ice to see the cross check it seems as everyone else watched the puck go out the zone instead of look back at the crosscheck, anyway the goalie skates after the kid who crosschecked and he pushes him now 2 more blaine kids are in the mix with the edina goalie sending him to the ground, a couple of edina players grab them and most of them are trying to avoid the problem it seems but as the whole team is out celebrating it might appear to the blaine kids like there starting a fight, im not sure what they thought maybe they were upset with not going to the finals and just wanted to fight since these teams clearly did not like each other but the next thing you know the blaine team is over the bench and we got ourselves a old school bench clearing brawl.blueblood wrote:why was there a fight in the blaine semi-final game?
Re: green4
Oh my apologizes... I thought i would be nice to answer your question since you asked. I tried my best to answer it and some gramatical errors is all you like to point out from that? Maybe i was in a hurry or was just a little busy with my actual english homework to care enough to make a correct sentence. Im So sorry sir. I have always thought when someone starts correcting your grammer than you have won an argument since they probably can't point out anymore flaws in your statement. I wouldn't really expect it for trying to help someone out.blueblood wrote:do they teach the use of a period in writinng class at Edina????
Nope the situation could have been avoided but the edina goalie escalated it, i think its equal blame for both teams. These two teams did not like each other and they let there frustrations out but i don't blame the blaine team over edina. It happensTigers33 wrote:So all Blaine's fault...and Edina did nothing wrong. Interesting...and let me guess, you played Junior gold for Edina within the past 3 years. Am I close?
