Gophers stuffed to start the 2nd half.

Another huge punt return for WISC.

Wisc starting just inside the Gopher 20.

Here's what one-win teams do.

1) Finally get good coverage on a kick
2) Take a penalty and negate the kick coverage
3) Give up a big play to their own goal line.

End of three, it's all square.

Well until the first snap of the 4th.

I'm typing with one hand and holding the other up in the air with four fingers extended. I guess that's what everybody does now.

Well, it's quite a pile up of bodies and officials have signaled a TD.

Play is under review.

Play stands, he didn't get in but there wasn't enough proof on the replay to reverse the incorrect call.

Gopher's attempt a fake punt and don't make it.

I like the call, nothing to lose you're a one win team.

Wisconsin has great field position starting at the Gopher 49.

Wisc takes advantage of the mistake.

Down two possessions once again.

Welcome Mr. Brewster to the last five minutes of the Wisconsin game. You now have been initiated to the club.

Punting is sure tough against these guys at the end of the game.

They tried, they battled, but the fact of the matter is they just weren't very good this year. All is not bad, I think Weber could be a decent field general down the road but the beef needs to get beefier, the backs and recievers need to get more talented and the defense has to find a way to keep a team under 490yds/game. And last but not least they need to execute the punt game in the last five minutes against WISC.

I watched the second half from a crowded Sally's as the crowd soaked up some alcohol before the gopher hockey game. I'm confused why some Badger fans ran around the place with Badger flag after the final. Were they happy with the Badgers' play? Were they looking to pick up women? They looked so happy; the Gopher fans didn't care.

Well Chico I can't answer for the Bucky fans that you speak of but what I can do is give you my personal assurance that I have never overglorified any victories or championships that I have been a part of. Humility, composure, and perspective are too rare nowadays.

It was a pretty good game.

Sitting in that crowd is very weird. I think there were more Wisconsin fans. Even the student sections were heavily infiltrated.

The Gophers gave it a shot.

They dont have the players. They have a few but not enough.

I like Decker; Weber;and #22.

They need a lot of help though.

Hopefully people wont get discouraged and get to work.
