Can someone address the rule on this question?

you never know what might happen! You're right Starsalum, the game would have proceeded differently, but maybe that would have favored Moorhead. You're right, the ref didn't lose the game, but he sure f'd it up for the Moorhead team, and unfortunately the whole "State of Hockey" has to deal with it. <p></p><i></i>

I was sitting on the far end of the rink in club and it looked like an easy call from where I was. I cant believe a ref 5 feet away couldnt figure it out. Think about it cory johnson is tiny and when hes crouched a little there is no way that a stick a little bit below his shoulders is over the crossbar. No logic went into making that call, pathetic!! The MSHSL needs instant replay for controversial goals plain and simple. Moorhead may not have scored a 5th goal to tie it or they may have, but this bad call changed the complextion of the game and swung the momentum back in AHA's favor. <p></p><i></i>

Thanks KodiakChew... hopefully you don't really dip Kodiak, but if you do, quit now! I had a big scare a few years ago and quit cold turkey... it's tough but it's better than the alternative. Never thought it would happen to me, but it's bad stuff dude! The Kodiesnack and all the others, even that weak Hawken stuff, will take more teeth, cripple more people, and cause more deaths than the sport of hockey ever has!
