Congrats to Jenna Kilpatrick for moving into 2nd place on the state's all time scoring list at 473 points... 29 in her last 5 games.

Well deserved.

Jenna is a good player but many "suck hole" goals against weak teams. Not in the same league with Darwitz and many others in my opinion.

Sounds like what the baseball writers said about Maris and are saying about Bonds :)

Who is the leader, and how many goals?

Jenna probably got "held back" a little last year when they had Doig, Ambroz, and Kilpatrick...

She's GOOD !!!

Renee Curtin is the all-time leader. Not sure exactly, but around 550 points, Kilpatrick can't catch her this year.

Kilpatrick is a nice player, I saw her a couple of times this season, and without question, she is talented. She does have the advantage of playing a somewhat softer schedule, (points wise), but has shown that she is a "player" against the big teams. In fairness, I've seen better this year.
As far as the scoring record goes, those are records that will never be broken. The game has gotten so far and away better than when those numbers were made, that those numbers will be untouchable. It used to be that one player could do it all for you, now you need at least two lines just to at least compete.

She also has had many years to achieve this.
That being said they are just numbers,
it is hard to compare one players stats to another when players like Darawitz probably would have smoked most if she had the full HS experience.
JK is a good player with a great supporting staff.
but she does way too much whining.

God, Kelly Kegley is still sitting inside the Top 30.
