ep, wayzata, and edina are all hard-hitting/physical teams. And then of course you have to throw in alotta of the northern teams.

Chaska has the biggest team in D6, and if we ever hit in the burnsville games, we would of had a chance.
we hit hard in games
Im #19, #11 pulled two checks out on EP Reds butt in the same shift. Good game

Red has about one guy that can light you up, # 17.

after seeing WBL orange once, I am willing to say they technically know how to throw more consistently good, clean, hard checks than any team I have seen in D6.
Chaska might have some of the best size to utilize a checking game but it is hard to check when you do not move your feet, take the proper angle, and are constantly reaching for players.
Although in the EP red game the best check of the year came from #7 of Chaska.
If you want to seperate the puck from the man, then just seperate the man and that check accomplished that.

the northern teams are always hard hitting. thats why many of them are good and produce good hockey players who can put of with taking a hit every once in a while

i say andover probably just cuz im on that team but if we wanna hit hard we hit really hard but some of it may be cheap cuz we have some tweaks on our team

If so then I would say EP black over EP red based on head to head comparison of games I have seen.

I agree. Witnessed that firsthand last Fri. night. GR will play either game you want. If you want to skate, they'll do their best to keep up, if you want to bang, they've got several who will go there with you. Depends on the game.

most teams nowadays with the rule changes only play physical when they have to, like if you play a really fast team you tend to play a bit more physical to slow them down and/or frustrate them, and against weaker teams that you know you can skate arouns you dont run the risk of taking too many penalties so you dont hit them as much
