Can Hibbing beat a "AA" School?...

The way Rapids played against Cloquet on Sat. they proved they can beat anyone in the state. They just need to get that "up" for everyone. If they mail it in, Hibbing has a shot for the upset, but don't look for that to happen. Stretch time for GR and they'll be sure to pick it up just like last year.

I think if the hibbing defense can get their acts together they have a chance at stealing a win from rapids. the offense has shown they can put points on the board so this should be a very good irc game. it would be nice for hibbing to get a win before heading to cloquet the next day.

I'm gonna go with hibbing in this one..

I can't remember exactly, but isn't Rapids a team that has opted up and Hibbing is one that is borderline AA?

should be a very good game.. these are two very good programs. My guts says hibbing wont let me down but my mind is saying rapids will take it.. GO with your first impression and ill take hibbing 4 to 3!

Hey listen you guy's. There is not ONE player on that team that goes to school in Chisholm. Two years from now there maybe the first actual player from CHS. Stompohar left CHS 2yrs ago because there was not to be a viable program in Chisholm. This present "pair and share" of hockey is for the future Hib/Chis Highschool Hockey team. These 2 combined at the youthhockey level can barely scrape up enough players and talent to feild an A-Bntm/PW team, We are talking 30ish kids(maybe) at each level. Tell me this, you guys ? how you gonna compete at AA level ? What would you SMART, Honorable, Pridefull guy's do for your kids? They play a tougher schedule now, than many other AA schools...They do kick some butt, and we hope to see you at this years "A" State Tourny! I think what we need to do is put the best players from the range together to form a team to compete at the AA level and I would venture to say that 9 out of 10 years the "Rangers" would take that AA State Championship home. Hey! I got an Idea! I think I will start a "Private School." We would even put "shattuck" out of business.!

i have too agree with shooter, why should the kids from Hibbing Have to go through the torture of have a crappy Hockey Programs name on their team when not even one damn kid tried out, its ridiculous, when a kid makes the team then i can see calling them Hibbing/Chisholm, but my god. Hibbings Known for good Hockey Programs, and Chisholm when they had a hockey Team, was know for PLEASE BAN ME Teams who barely made it out of the first round of the playoffs and had like maybe one season wherre they were above .500. im sorry but im fed up with having the Chisholm Name on a Great, Solid Hockey Program when there isnt one kid on the god Damn Team.
