Roseau will win 4-2 ENG, but it will be an entertaining hockey game.

I think this is a bigger game for RR than it is for Roseau, I'll take RR by a goal. 3-2

Has Red River lost yet this year?

No, they are undefeated. Only played on MN game against EGF.

Red River is 12-0

Games of reference so far;

9-0 over Crox
5-4 over EGF
3-2 over Grafton (Grafton downed Warroad 4-1 a couple of weeks ago)

5 of the Riders top 6 scorers are underclassman. Should be a good test for the Rams. Historically the Riders are a great skating team so they should match the Rams well.

The call: Rams by 2

its in roseau. Roseua played in Gf last year and won big i htink it ass 7-2 or somtin to that matter. RR prolly has the best Defense then a lot of minnesota AA teams have from what ive heard.

THe rams went into perper arena last year to meet an undefeated # 1 ranked red river. They came out victorious dominating every aspect of the game. Roseau has never taken the rough riders lightly and i expect this one to be a good game.

Red River has always had an excellent program. Even if they are on the wrong side of the river.

i think your wrong about it NOT being a big game for the Rams. They just come off a win in the Gardens on TV. They have a big game tonight against the best the Nodakers have to offer, then they have a big game against a Bemidji team that almost upset them earlier this year. Then the biggest game of the year against an extremely tough Spud team, all in one week.

This game is very important, cause the rams NEED this momentum going into the Moorhead team if they want a shot.

I played for RR last year and am still close to the team this year. This years team is built totally around there defense. Probably one of the best Defensive groups ND has seen in a long time. RR's goalie, Arneson, is good but he has his weak weak spots. RR is led by underclassman. There top scorer is a jr and the next is a soph. So RR will be stacked for the next couple years. I am going to say a low scoreing game with roseau winning 3-1 with a empty netter. Last year when we played roseau, we were way to over confident and they outplayed us badly and beat us badly at out home rink so lets hope RR can put a scare to roseau at there home rink. Im sure coach malm remembers last year.

I believe this game will definately be much closer than last years game. I was at it and felt somewhat cheated for how lopsided it was. I know Red River has a much better team than that and they should definately have redemtion on their minds. Either way, i still believe Roseau will have too much to handle for Red River even though the rough riders have a strong defense. I'll give a final score of 4-1 after a 3-1 eng. By the way, i won't be able to travel for this game so does anybody know which Grand Forks local radio station, if any, is covering the game? I can't pick up KJ102 where I'm at.

if it is on the radio which i highly doubt, since i think GFC playes EGF tonite but it will either be on 1310 or 1590 AM.

How does that happen? There are only a handful of programs were the phrase "H.E. double hockey sticks is coming to dinner" applies year in and year out. Roseau is one of them.

It is kinda hard not to be overconfident when we were undefeated last year beating Fargo South and all the minnesota teams and FS plaeyd moorhead really well last year and we were a way better team then Fargo South and it was at our home rink. how doesnt it happen?
