Mahtomedi has beaten 4 of their section opponents this year and tomorrow plays their 5th. Can they show they are the favorite to represent 5A in March, or will Blake show them up?

Mahtomedi was completely dominated by Breck yesterday. It was a very lucky win for them. It should be a good game.

3-2 Blake.
Not a down year guys, just a young inexperienced team.

Good Job boys! That inexperience should gradually fade away when sections roll around. Hamre will have 'em ready for another run by then.

Wow, so 5A is inconsistent this year. I guess the end of the year will show a lot. I don't think losing 1 game takes it away from Mahtomedi, but it shows they aren't unbeatable.

Mahtomedi is not 4th in state anywhere.
Yes, Blake is on a down year. I would call losing to Lourdes, TRF, Red Wing, and getting shut out by Minnetonka and Woodbury a down year for them.

You dont mean the same Woodbury that is 10-2-0 with 7 wins over AA schools like Mounds View, White Bear Lake, and Hopkins? One of the losses is to #2 Ranked Roseville 4-2 with a ENG. Be nice..The only bad loss was to Red Wing. See you in march and please make sure to edit out the commercials for us.
