I'd bet money they don't go undefeted, but lets be real, they are for real.

I like the idea of seeing that slovokian line together more often. Its worked for lines of great teams in the past.

Oilers ?
Montreal ?
Philly?

Brian Rolston takes a slap shot from the top of the circle on a penalty shot. Never thought I'd see that in the NHL. Maybe video game NHL.

I'm surprised this board isn't more popular or commented on more. :-s :-k
The Wild have Florida tonight. \:D/
Boogaard hasn't been playing much. :(
Foster is coming back from an injury. :D
Manny is hurt.
Playoff run needs to take off. =D>
Anybody that would look good in a Wild sweater at the trading deadline? =; Remember the salary cap issues and availability. So some guys probably aren't an option.
I think the Wild have about 6 million to spend.
Don't tell me they can't when they sell out that building every night. [-X
What are the thoughts around the state of hockey. 8)

Big win for the Wild tonight in Shootout Fashion over the "I HATE NORM GREEN" Stars! Always fun to take extra points from the Stars!

Minnesota Wild - 2
Dallas Stars - 1

What's with the Wild not making any deadline moves?

Obviously the Rangers didn't like "Doepiss." They traded him to Atlanta today.

In other news, Jay Barriball got traded to the Blues with Bill Guerin going to San Jose. Looks like Barriball and EJ could be teammates for years to come.

The Wild did make one trading deadline move, they received forward Dominic Moore from Pittsburgh for a 2007 Third Round Pick.

Can we even consider that a move? I just don't get what Risebrough and crew are doing alot of the time. This is the time to bolster your team and make a playoff push, not sit back and be content - especially the money thats flowing in sellout after sellout. They put an 8th place team on the ice that gets 1st place attention. It's a load of crap IMO.

It is a move but I don't know what this guy can give us that Wyatt Smith can't. I know Smith doesn't score much, but does this guy? He is suppose to be a defensive role player. Is he?

So the blues will have in the next year or two, Barriball, Oshie, and Toews? Not a bad line

Wild win in OT
Brent Burns gets the game winner in OT for the second game in a row.

Wild started slow but played better as the game went on and pretty much controlled the end of the third period and OT.

Wild one point back of Vancouver for the division lead.

Another big win tonight for the Wild, 4-2 over Calgary. They have seperated themselves from the Flames for the 7th seed. Unfortunately Vancouver is up on Detroit 3-1.

it seems like the wild just cant pull ahead of the canucks...but with 7 of their last 8 games at home you gotta think they could maybe pull ahead of them....but the way the canucks and luongo are playing right now and with us not having anymore games against them i dont know

It will be tough to catch the Canucks. Not impossible, but tough.

Coyotes 2
Wild 3

I was told they didn't look very good. I couldn't watch myself because I can't get versus. Can anybody add anything?

They show Wayne's G. son, I think “TY” (spell) on the bench as stick boy.

Footage of him out with the coyotes for there team skate in the morning. Talked that he decided to take up hockey two years ago at 14. Is at Shattuck now.

Wild look like it was in the bag being they are playing the coyotes. Backstrom I would say is #1 for the playoffs barring any injuries. Maybe we can deal Manny for another good player in the off season.
Bring up that #29 Harding form Huston for good. O but that's right, Manny is the Jacques’s nephew, can you do that?

Allot of talk on VS about the Wild have the easiest and most home games remaining. It is theirs to lose a play off spot.

Let's start working for maybe a TWO GOAL win from now on. This one goal stuff is getting old. Put the opponent away! :-s

I think it's another win. The team is rolling, and although they're bound to lose sometime, the Kings are just not a good team and I think we skate them off the rink. Gabby and Demitra put on another show.

2-0 end of two periods. Players are starting to get feisty. I'm thinking an appearance by the Boogy-man is going to be in order in the third.
