Just got off the phone and it is true that G-Po and his wife are going to retire from Johnson Hockey after this season. Good luck to both of them they and Moose have lasted a long time making Johnson hockey the best it could have been. Good Luck to both Greg and Lynn in anything they do in the future.

If you are correct G-Po has been at Johnson for over 30 yrs. He has had quite a few players go D1 over the years and has done very well for coaching strictly city hockey. He use to coach with Team Minnesota and his teams would always play hard canadien style hockey. (Old school)

First they got rid of the doughboy Cory and now this. Tyrell must be organizing a street dance in the Johnson neighborhoods. Got rid of two losers almost in the same year. Maybe one of our fathers had something to do with it? (Kurth)

I heard G-Po took his granddaughter this season on the peewee A team. This is the year that the peewee team goes to Newzeland right? From what I saw there where a couple of better players that got cut. Is this true? Does he pick his own team our do they bring in out side evaluaters? Not an agree parent, I don't even have a kid in the association.

If what you saw was correct why are you asking? I am glad to see you are not an agree parent. I sure hope your not a teacher with spelling like that.

The simple fact of the matter is pucks/sticks is a teacher and was at every one of the try-outs and if you look at his past posts looking for a Bantam coaching job in Maple Grove pretty much gives it away who you are Fitzel. Remember high profile organization?

You don't have to defend yourself. I just got off the phone with Jeff over in International Falls and he tells me your team is coming back up there again this year. Your team looked pretty good up there last year and I was looking forward to seeing them again but our Roseau Pee Wee tournament is on the same weekend this year so Good Luck!!!

I was just talking to the high school coach at Woodbury and he told me about this Fitzel guy. He was in last week for an interview. They are looking for a goalie coach. I was a goalie coach in the Washburn orginization for many years and I'm going to be taking over the role.

Wes said the Fitzel couldn't take the job because he was going to be coaching Girls hockey in Bloomington.

Is there more than one Fitzel? I thought this guy was coaching bantams at Johnson?

There can only be one guy with that name and what a name he is making for himself. He cut a goalie at Johnso and the goalie came here and has perfomed very well for us. If he is coaching in Bloomington he might fit in. Huh!!!

I heard that Fitzel was looking for other jobs too. He told me he wanted to stay on the east side where he could get abused by parents, disrespected by players and laughed at by other coaches. I might have the order of that mixed up, but you get the idea.

At least the east side will always have Tyrell. I talked with Moose yesterday and he said Tyrell is the key to the future.

I'm not so sure that Tyrell is a good key to have in any future. I don't like the style, the attitude or the look. Shave that face rat you got growing man...

I'm not sure what you guys have against the guy. I guess I need to see how he coaches. He's been pretty nice the few times I've met him.

It took me awhile but all the posts after weinerfitzel are the same person Mr. Fitzel himself. I took this name to make him think it was someone else and it worked. Last year another Johnson perso used Tunavich. This guy has many personalities hence from now on he will be called the Fitzelnator(Whizanator) to many cells fried from teaching(NOt HOCKEY).

Weinerfitzel is more fitting of a name for the B Peewee coach who always runs off at the mouth. He needs to stop bad mouthing the G-PO family cause I am a big supporter!! G-Po needs to stay so people like weinerfitzel don't ruin the organization after he is Gone. JOHNSON IS A G-PO and MOOSE LEGACY they made the program what it is today!!
