HEP Points Worst idea ever

I have not come across one person who as of yet finds the HEP point to be a good thing. In theory i agree with it, to try to bring back the game to its basic principle, hockey not fighting. But the problem is that it never works out the right way. The referees are constantly deciding games that the players should be deciding anyways. The refing isnt any good around here anyways, even in almost every district ive played in. There are to many instances of refs deciding who wins now they decide who makes the playoffs too. <p></p><i></i>
