I just realized that no one has posted any top ten lists this year. That was one of the most popular threads last year so i figured i'd start one up.
I haven't seen much of any teams other than the select few Roseville games i've been to (Jefferson & Buffalo) so I won't submit a list, but i am curious to see what people think of the league this year.

I would say one and two seem about right, but you really could change them back and forth, Lakeville is just as good though, so it is a real toss up there. I think Wessy Boys should be around four or five though.

TOP 10

1. Edina (I believe they are the only unbeaten team)
2. Centennial
3. Wayzata
4. Duluth
5. EP
6. - 10. Any particular order:
Lakeville, Mounds View, TC Wessy boys, Osseo, WBL

In looking at the scores, and who is beating who, there is no dominant team, except one - this hurts - Edina. Hats off to the hornets for playing good hockey.

i wanna konw how lakeville is even in the top 10. When i played them we had half a team and still did alright. They must have been missing players as well. other than that the top team in the league is the team who shows up to play.

I heard there are also some former H-M players on Wessys Boys, do you know what their names are or how many of them there are?

I think jefferson may come around yet because they are missing 2 guys to broken wrists, and many are sick, so hopefully they will turn it around towards the end to be a top team.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/eyes.gif ALT=":rolleyes">

Varmit, some have Lakeville ranked a bit high but they are suffering from injuries and the Flu bug just like everyone else. Lakeville is a top 10 team and will prove it in the end.

By the end of the season, who knows where things will land. I think there are many (7-10) teams that could do some very interesting things by the end of the year. Injuries may determine the outcome of this year.

I think the team with shortest players will do the most damage in the end. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/wink.gif ALT=";)"> FYI- Got to love those heated VW seats.

Lakeville

While all are bickering wheather or not lakeville should or shouldnt be in the top ten you should really take a close look at game scores. While Edina, Wayzeta and Centenial have been dominating lakeville has contended with all three in 1 goal games and even taking it to centenial. I dont care what anyoness excuse is for a loss. cause no matter who is missing this is a team sport, not a sport where one or two players can make or break a season. And centenials excuse for the loss was because of an earlier tourny game that day. Well maybe you guys need to get your priorities straight and concentrate on the games that accually matter. It s not our fault we play our hardest in every game with out an once of mercy for the tired and injured. we are playing to win and thats that.

Bombay i would like to award you and the team from Lakeville the Ironman Award. I dont remember anyone using that as an excuse for centennial. It was just somthing to think about.
