I'm a bit out of the loop this season on this. I'm not coaching/managing one, so I don't know how the landscape has changed.

I'm sure many of the usual suspects are back at it, but who are the teams at each level 19/16/14 and are there any links to websites, etc.?

Are they playing U14 or U16? I have found that many times teams "play up," but not always...

Northern Lights are playing U16. Scrimmaged the Wild last Sunday and won 2-0.
