i have heard yet another rumor that niskanen is moving to hibbing to play for the bluejackets in the 04-05 season..? can anyone give this statement any truth<!--EZCODE EMOTICON START :hat --><img src=

Why move from one single a team to another. Seems like a worthless move. He should get his rear over to GR and play "AA". <p></p><i></i>

Why would he go to Rapids? He doesn't want to be the section 7AA runner up. He probaly wants to go to the state tournament.So he should go to East or Hibbing. <p></p><i></i>

Sorry boys, he aint goin no where. hes very faithful to the virginia program and will help them next year to get to a state tourney. <p></p><i></i>

first off, Hes an excellent player without question. But my only question is, will he be driving some friends down to watch the tournement next year or what? cuz im afraid they won't make it next year. Nothing is for sure, but i guarentee someone else makes it out of this section. <p></p><i></i>

dont you think if he was going to jump ship on virginia the most logical move for him would be to go to the NDTP or to a junior team? i mean that wuold seem much more attractive than going to a hibbing team, and banking on them goin to the tourney, and 3 times in unprecedented ( as was 2) nisky wuoldnt leave his team that he has been so loyal too for this many years.. <p></p><i></i>

yeah i kinda figured he wouldnt.. he already is going to Umd to play and why just take a chance with hibbing? <p></p><i></i>

The only sensible reason i can think of is cuz a lot of times players are sent to juniors before going to a college team, and that can just be another filter to go through...and Maaaybe by playing with hibbing he would get the exposure so sandelin wouldnt think he needed to go to Jrs first?? <p></p><i></i>

Im pretty sure he doesnnt have to go to juniors before he hits the ice at the DECC. I thin thats one of the reasons why he picked UMD. And he gets plenty of exposure with virginia. <p></p><i></i>
