I agree with those rankings. The blades should be on top, but the federals definetly have a high chance of beating them. They played eachother in the meltdown and the federals dominated the whole game except for the first 5 minutes when the blades got their only 2 goals. Those two teams are great competition for eachother.

The Fire beat the TC Federals 1-0 at the April Chi-Town Shuffle Tournament in Chicago. It was a very good game....evenly matched every period. <img src=

In Chicago it was the first time that group of hockey players played with eachother and hung out as a team! They have improved from there loss to the Mission and there win against the Iceman.

Ditto for the FIRE in Chicago. They only have 5 or 6 of their previous players and it was the first time in Chicago that these new players played together as a team. Should be some good games in Richfield in a few weeks. <img src=

Federals played bad in that game and Nick Maiers let in a weak goal on a shot from the hash marks...i don't think i can honestly say the Fire are better then the Feds.

Didn't say FIRE was better, just that they are pretty good this year and should have some good games. They also beat the Mission in Chicago. Goalies are both new this year to the FIRE. <img src=

The fire-mission game was lopsided. The mission had the bad goalie in that should of lost the other game for them.

The Federals look very good. They lost to the Blades 2-1 in a very tight game. They won the rest of their Meltdown games.

The Feds have a lot of new kids coming together. They are going to get better and better.

Edited by: <A HREF=

The blades and federals was a good game for the federals. That happened to be the first time the WHOLE team played together for the blades. they had a tourny in toronto when half of the team was there.

Predators tny will decide this topic

I am pretty sure the pred tny will answer this question for all!

Personally, I will root for the Feds since I am sick and tired of hearing how good the Blades are. I have spent my life wanting to beat the Blades, not becoming one.

I also feel that the Feds are still improving where the Blades peaked a few years back.

Patience will answer all questions
