<br><br>Call your employer - they have copies and will mail you a new one. They may charge you a small few.<br><br>If you cannot contact them, you can file a form with your return stating that the W-2 was lost and the numbers are based off a check stub.<br><br>AND BE MORE CAREFUL IN THE FUTURE. <p></p><i></i>
