I think its all the teams, and it is my ranking (#1 being at the top). <p></p><i></i>

Which team is Buffalo in? The coop team? Last year's Wright County team that went to state had a big Buffalo presence. <p></p><i></i>

Buf is their own team this year. they were part of the Wright County co-op that split. The officia; name of the other team that is from that co-op split is North Wright County River Hawks <p></p><i></i>

The Wright County coop is split this season. Buffalo is a new team. The other is North Wright County and includes St Michael-Albertville. <p></p><i></i>

Sorry, I missed Buffalo on your list. Do they have their goalie from last year, or is she with the coop team? And their talented defenseman (Brita...?) graduated I believe, and she was a large reason for their success last year. Outside of a solid base of players, who can step up for them this year? <p></p><i></i>

I liked the way their young girls played last year.<br>They have a good goalie.<br>The coach is in his second year - knows the kids/competition better.<br>Good transfers including the Roseau girl.<br><br>And I am biased. But last year preseason I put them a little lower and took some local grief. E70<br><br>I agree with you sticking your neck out. Everyother team has lost ALOT (ER, TECH, Moorhead, Wright County)!!! They have gained huge and not lost. They beat every team in their section except Tech and never played ER it looks like. Last year proved this section is deep with VERY GOOD teams but ZERO top 5 teams! ER choked and Wright Co. proved a good team and D can beat a top 10 team anytime. Cloquet has taught us this for years. <br><br>Bemidji should get the nod at #1 but will lose a handful of games. I wonder about the strength of their D after losing 2 to college? ER is always good but graduated their best players by far... I think they will be either #1 or #2... Tech lost their big gun but still have Dold who is good. Moorhead graduated their best but may have 1 or 2 girls move up who have ben playing pee wees. <p></p><i></i>

Bemidji's line of Josephson, Erickson, Christofferson should be a very formidable line for anyone to try to handle. They also have a very good goalie. Should be a very good team. <p></p><i></i>

Just for the record, Tech has really only lost Andrea Herold. Other wise the entire team returns this year, with what will be a strong 1st line and a good sophomore goalie. <p></p><i></i>

I think Moorhead will have a chance this year to be towards the top. They lost alot last year but have some younger girls that will step up. Bemidji has a good goalie and I think they will be good competition for anyone. <p></p><i></i>

I think this section is getting stronger all around. Just look at the teams in the St. Cloud area.<br><br>Tech, Icebreakers, Storm'n Sabres and River Lakes. A couple of years ago one team had their way with the others but not anymore, every game is up for grabs.<br><br>I look for a good strong D and an aggressive skating offense to make a difference this year. <p></p><i></i>

eagle - Jessica Chrisopherson is from Park Rapids. I heard through the grapevine earlier that she was transferring to Bemidji, along with Erickson. But now I heard she stayed in Park Rapids? I believe she's either a freshman or soph. this year. Saw her skate twice last year. Very good hockey player, but has no one to play with at Park Rapids. <p></p><i></i>

Thanks so she is staying in Park Rapids because the only new faces I saw in Bemidji this year, besides freshmen, were Sarah Erickson and some canadien girl. <p></p><i></i>

I believe the girl from Canada played youth last year??? Boys??? I don't know her name, but I hear she's very good... <p></p><i></i>

The Canadian girl is a 9th grade D. Good size, good skater -still has to learn some about girls' varsity hockey.<br>I believe her name is Carly Raiston(not sure on last name or spelling). <p></p><i></i>

Her name is Courtney Reutzel, Elliott pretty well summed up her play. <p></p><i></i>
