I'm not sure if this has been mentioned in a previous thread... I was just wondering what happened to Hagemo this year for the Gophers. I know he has had shoulder problems in the past, however, I haven't seen him at all this year and was curious to what was wrong with him.

Same shoulder problems have hindered him all year, and he was shut down for the season. He played the first series of the year then sat down the rest. Should be back next year, the Gophers could definitely use him as he is one of the more physical defensemen they have.

I'll be glad to see Hagemo back in the line up, except for Goligoski, I haven't been too impressed with this year's crop of "D".

I agree. Goligoski is a stud, but other than that it's not a stellar collection of blue-liners. Vannelli can contribute some offense but is average overall. Peltier has never impressed me, Anderson is young and should get better. Johnson is coming next year, and he should be a huge boost and finally provide a physical presence.

What are they watching? Maybe it's me, but I don't get it. AT BEST, they're above average.

Harrington has really turned his year around and become quite the contributer at the offensive and defensive sides of the game. His 4 assissts against SCSU kind of got overshadowed by Potulny and the wild game but he has really turned it up.

Harrington has been very solid, I forgot to mention him before. He had a fantastic freshman campaign before leveling off in his sophomore and junior year, but once again has played at a high level this year.
