I think as expected. If Roseau takes care of business at home and beats STMA, they are probably a 3 seed and instead drop to 6. Everyone is pretty much playing for 2nd in the section at this point, unless Bemidji can somehow pull an upset against Moorhead.

Forest Lake is decent. I watched them play WBL and Stillwater. Ultimately lost, but can surprise.

I'm sure it's been discussed here before but can someone remind me why the northern sections come out with their seedings before regular season is over?

It used to be because of travel, now it is because of the paly-in game on Saturday.

RR and FL played early in the season 5-4 RR final, FL lead at one point. Shots even. Should be a good game if they get there.

I find River Lakes at Little Falls intriguing. And if Sauk gets by Pine City, they could give Monticello some trouble.

It's put up or shut up time for the Academy of The Holy Angels. And if they put up in the semifinal, I'm good with that.

Gentry is getting way too much deference here. A pre-Thanksgiving win over Roseville is doing more for them than it should. I'd give
#4 to Roseville based on a pair of wins over Park coupled with a much tougher schedule. Since getting way ahead of themselves and moving up to AA, Gentry has gone backwards. Maybe they need to increase "phy ed class" to 4 hours a day? I'll take Roseville 5-2 in this one.

On the whole, the seedings are very uneventful this year, void of any real consequence.
