A bit surprised that Sartell eked out Elk River for the 3rd spot.

Also a bit surprised that MHD is ahead of Ros.

Sartell did beat Elk River and Roseau unfortunately had early season losses to Bemidji and Elk River. The voting was close for #1 and #2 spot. It will be an exciting section tournament and one has to believe there will be an upset or two along the way.

Do the northern section seedings always come out early like this? Not sure if I've just been asleep at the wheel lately and haven't noticed this in the past or if this is unusual

In the past Wednesday 8AA and 7AA usually come out because they both use to so playin games on Saturday (8AA down to 8 teams now) to have the QF on Tuesday and then SF on Saturday

8A is normally Wedneday 7A moving to Wednesday was new this year

5A & 6A will be tomorrow morning (Friday)

I believe the rest will be Sunday.
