Should be a good one. Edina didn't look great today and Cretin is on a roll. I think I'm taking the Raiders...

I’ll go Edina but was impressed with the coaching and game plan of CDH vs Maple Grove. They packed it in the d zone and didn’t let MG loose. Their forwards also played an outstanding 200 foot game. They can do it again…

I was most impressed with CDH's play of all the teams on Thursday. Could see CDH making this a game, but Edina will prevail in the end. Trying to figure out how Edina goes from playing a tight game against Wayzata to whatever you call that against Moorhead.

Their goaltending is crap.

My mother knew I was at the X on Thursday afternoon. She called me in a panic after 4:00 and asked, "Were you injured in the collapse at the X???

I was not impressed by the Edina goalie in the least. And that was a very un-Edina like fail to cough up 3 third period goals. The 90 seconds before the tieing goal were absolutely horrid; the puck was all over in front, 4 Spuds close enough to spit on the goal. Giles must have been losing his mind. I wanted to start a cheer: I say "bag!", you say "Skate!"Bag! Skate! Bag! Skate!

But I think the ship will be righted, and we will not see an 8 loss team on Saturday night. It's a weird Hornet squad this season.

Dude, are you trolling here? Clarkowski had arguably the best goaltending season in the state. Not his best day yesterday but a lot can be attributed to Edina standing around in their own end and not clearing bodies out front. One goal was tipped, one was through a screen, one was a breakaway, one was a point blanker from one of the top snipers in the state (Reierson).

 I said to a buddy of mine that I sometimes think Giles would rather lose 1-0 than win 6-5.

He was pretty bad. They needed a big save from him and it wasn't there.
