mnhockey21
Hey dude, I played highschool hockey for one of them schools. My senior year, our record was something like, 1 win and 23 or 24 losses. Yes, we were made fun and treated poorly by the likes of you. But ,I gotta ask you , where did you play D-1 college hockey? Oh! Yes, I accepted a full ride to CC, you know, WCHA hockey. LOL

MNHockey21,
Silver Bay can be a contender for the section title this year. It would not be a suprise to see them in the section semi-finals again this year. Also, Chisholm doesn't have a team, so your basically singling out Ely.

Anyway, here's my short list (and I'm not ignoring any teams):
Nico Sacchetti, V/MI-B
Mark McGillivray, V/MI-B
Jordan Richards, E/B-E/T-S
Garret Bone, E-G/ME
Drew LeBlanc, Hermantown
Dustin Potter, Hibbing
Anthony DeCenzo, Hibbing
Luke Taintor, SB/CC
Jordan Sandstrom, SB/CC
Nate Breden, SB/CC
Ian Guzzo, Two Harbors
Cody Ekholm, G/N-K
Nick Hagen, Int'l Falls

So from what I read in these 2 lists are that Hermantowns top 2 players are a sophmore and a junior
No senior leadership?

Northshore, those are good players too, my list was just off the top of my head. I'm sure there are others as well...

As far as Hermantown and senior leadership, if my memory serves correctly, I think they have 11 seniors on the team this year. Two of the more skilled players just happen to be younger.

I do remember you!! I won't name names. The best hockey player up here on da Range is hands down Nico from VHS! Besides him there might be 4 or 5 more but the talent is way down. Most of these players would have a hard time making teams like Washburn, Richfield, Johnson...etc.
Love Range hockey but not many players....it does hurt me to say that too.

Hey I watched 3 of the games last night in hermantown and WOW you can tell all the teams are just starting there season but some of those players that have been posted on here showed some good potential's for there teams.......The Silver bay and CEC was a bit rough and SB showed how they play against a stonger team NO points were given to any of those on the list. I think they will be a good team this year with a bit more work and for all the teams. The Two Harbors and Denfeld showed that was the more physical team......but good talent on both teams. Proctor and Central was a pretty even match game also OK proctor was a bit more aggressive but hey all teams just started.... Should be a fun year for section 7
