Yes, quite frequently over the past week or so It’s weird that the error screen usually goes away after refreshing the page, so obviously not a persistent system crash.

Yup me too. Then again, I had to enlist the help of the Karl The Great to get me logged in again.
But Stang's right it does refresh.
