BP and SEC Scotty , you are usually good for a rumor or two, especially on the East Side? Will Cretin moving back to 3AA cause any movement ?

Some interesting big names are floating around. Nothing people want to announce publicly yet . MinnScout usually has the first announcement or two right after school ends .

Sawchyn...foregone conclusion that he'd up at SSM since big bro went there and dad is a fan of the program. There is a handful of his 07 Machine teammates joining him there as well.

Guessing the addition incoming Skipper you’re thinking is a certain player from Chanhassen. No need to mention names until he’s officially enrolled and/or his roster on summer teams lists his hometown as “Minnetonka”.

As far as USHL drafted Dman returning for high school, if you’re talking about Rinzel I would indeed anticipate he returns for at least one more season. This should be a strong team for Chaska.

As with everything, it’s early and a lot can change over the summer. I’d venture to guess overall we’ll see less early departures as another year of trickle down from Covid keeps roster spots in college and juniors scarce.

As far as FatCat’s question , all I can say is blockbuster game changing news if it happens . A well placed knowledgeable party has put it out there first hand as a possibility . But there would probably only be three people that could confirm it, and even then likely not until this fall. Circumstances can change . Stay tuned .
