Running time in the first period?

This may be the worst Class A QF match-up of all time.

Gentry is AA school and Northern Lakes would have not made it past the Semi-finals in any other Section.

This one could get very very ugly.

Hopefully the Nothern Lakes goalies stands on his head.

Side note Heard Nothern Lakes will be moving to 6A next year and Gentry to 4AA this may be the 1st and last time we see either in the Class A Tourney

NL is a nice story and may stick around for a bit, but Gentry’s relentless pressure will eventually overwhelm them.

This will be double digits to nothing before the end of the second period.

What impresses me about Gentry so far (despite being a AA team) is how their offensive keeps coming. Their PP is fun because its just a few quick passes and BAM comes the shot. Not much time is wasted. Good goaltending by NL goalie to prevent running time.

They really get it deep towards the goalie on the PP too.

Did I just see a short handed 3 on 0?

Yes

Gentry’s PK is ruthless; they really don’t even alter their approach and just keep attacking. They made some pretty good teams look inept on the PP.
