Proctor belongs on this list. Probably in the top 10. They literally have 4-5 top level AA players on their roster.

That's great, they also are only a .500 team (9-8-1), have a few bad losses (Superior and Greenway), and the teams they have beat have a combined record of 29-116-2...

I told you I'd respond
The problem is they have a first year goalie. Not first year PW or PW A, but a first year ever playing goalie. Will be interesting to see how they do but, they're definitely in the top 10.
