This was just a rumor so take it for that. I heard that Joey Miller of Wayzata may transfer to Minnetonka this fall. Great hockey player no doubt about it. Anyone heard of this happening.<br><br>For the record doesn't affect my kid at all so no bias, just curious. <p></p><i></i>

mnorth...me thinks your info is accurate. joey's future is in football and mtka. is a powerhouse...leaving ep and mike grants program floundering. plus with tony gone joey, too, needs a change of venue. <p></p><i></i>

It will not happen. Joey is happy at Wayzata and will play there this fall. If anything changes it will be him leaving in the spring to play in the USHL. Lucias decision has no impact on Miller. <p></p><i></i>

bossman...you might be correct...we'll see. funny, i saw both miller and lucia on the bantam a christmas tourney a few years ago and very impressed with joey's play...hardly noticed tony out there. things have really changed eh!! <p></p><i></i>

Just as a guy from the other side of town, isn't Wayzata's football program pretty good also? <br><br>I watched him in the state tournament 2 years ago and like NPGandy, was much more impressed with him than Lucia, but I havent seen either play since... <p></p><i></i>

Tony was a good bantam player but was still a bit small and had trouble with the bigger players. When he hit 10th grade he had a big growth spurt, along with that came a significant improvement in his game. Joey is a very good player offensively, Tony is a very good player in all zones. <p></p><i></i>

So has it been made official that Tony will be leaving this next year? <p></p><i></i>

Sources tell me that both Lucia and Wehrs will not be back next season. <p></p><i></i>
