I have two questions for the forum regarding the Lake conference.
What school do you think will win the lake conference this season?
Which team from the lake conference will be the next team to win the state tournament?

And no lake conference team will never win the state championship again once St Cloud Cathedral moves u to AA.

That is funny. My sister recommended I buy some for my knee pain.
Now I will have to try it.

Thanks, I crawled out of my dark wet cave I was in and decided to get my nose back into highschool hockey again.

I believe Jake Keller has pulled a Jimmie Chitwood and has decided to go out for the school team. Wayzata adds a top-line talent and should be even better prepared for conference play.
Best of luck to him and the Trojans.

As pointed out on Twitter (can't find the source again) the Lake Conference is now 2-10 on the season

Now listed on MSHSL site. Showing 11th grade. If he were to remain there for 12th grade certainly a strong contender for 2020-21 season!

6-12 to be exact, but this is still not a very good start.

As lake conference play approaches soon do we have a clear favorite yet ? It’s starting to look like the good ole lake that I used to know and love.

Anyone but Buffalo or Hopkins? LOL
My prediction:
EP
Edina
Tonka
Wayzata
STMA
Buffalo
Hopkins
Possible St.M-A through Edina all have same record.

Is it St.M-A or Rogers? May be Rogers & Buffalo.

Do conference titles actually mean anything since teams get split up in sections for playoffs?

Edina's star freshman left with an injury yesterday and didn't return. Hopefully he'll be back soon, but without him Edina will find it even tougher scoring goals.

Long shot but pulling for Wayzata. Like O'Leary style of puck!
Before the Cathedral juggernaut of course

Well played. You must have been drawn to this thread after thinking "The Lake" was a thread breaking down Lake of the Woods forecheck.....since they were the best team you played in your holiday tournament last weekend. Or was Minot actually better?

Traxler correct me if I am wrong but is Roseau even "your team"? My impression has been that Traxler is more interested in other sections.
Seems like "Section 8 guy" looks for any excuse to rip a certain section 8 team. It's alright though I will let this one go. It seems like a touchy subject for you.
