Some are easy to name, some a bit more obscure.

Easy:
Tim Sheehy
Neal Broten
John Mayasich
Johnny Pohl
Williard Ikola
Mike Anonovich
Phil Housley
Jamie Langnebrunner
Dave Spehar

Excellent list. I would add Henry Boucha. Only one tournament, but iconic. Plus, you need another defenseman (which he played in high school)

Maybe its just me but #73 seems kinda low for Ben Hanowski. 27 state tournament points in his career is a pretty good showing although I guess I understand bumping him down for never actually winning the title.

I would bet almost anything that Mike Crowley will be among the top-10.

Also Grant Besse deserves consideration...scored all 5 goals in Benilde's 5-1 championship game win over Hill-Murray, of which 3 were shorthanded. I believe his 5 goals set a record for goals scored in a championship game that still stands today.

Besse performance was unbelievable. Considering today’s game, hard to imagine we would see a performance like that ever again.

Scott Bloom from Burnsville should be on that list

Just ask any Hill-Murray fan and they will agree

I was going to say the same thing yesterday. Two state titles and an impact player every shift.

While I realize neither won a State Title...any top 75 listing that ranks Neal Broten at #32 and totally omits Casey Mittelstadt...has ZERO credibility ☝️☝️☝️
