I appreciate you respecting the Breck-Blake rivalry to list it as one of the games of the day, Elliott. Unfortunately I don’t expect it to be much of a contest, but one can hope. I believe the game is actually at 7:30 pm, per the schedules on the Hub and IMAC websites.

I am really curious to see how Rosemount stacks up against STA, as I’m sure are many others on this forum.

The rivalry SHOULD keep the game close and from there the Mustangs could take it OR
Blake by 5.

I am thinking Rosemount by 2 maybe 3 with an ENG.

THe Brainerd/Buffalo game should be interesting. I think Brainerd is starting to click and won't be surprised if they win big and bring some momentum up to Roseau tomorrow night.

I wonder if I can talk the wife into letting me hit the Sartell-Alexandria game tonight? We will be at the Wayzata-Alexandria game tomorrow night (kiddo skates during the intermission) and then will be at the Alexandria Blizzard game on Saturday night. Three games in three nights, hmmm.....

May not be going now. Our billet just got traded today, so things will probably be kind of "down" tonight at our house as we help him pack up.....

SOG 18-4 in favor of Blake. Probably a bit of home cooking involved in that count, but the Bears have largely dominated play.

Breck goalie played well under constant pressure, though true scoring chances for Blake were limited by the D. Blake is fast but has a tendency to try for pretty goals rather than going to the net.

Tonka is 13-0, averaging just over five goals per game (66 total) and giving up one per game (13).

3rd period in Tonka's favor and 2 nice goals late made it 5-1 final.

Wouldda been lots more fun if BSM would’ve stayed outta the box. BSM is playing better, was nice to give Tonka some challenge.

Great Game!! St Thomas 2nd goal hit off the cross bar and then off the Irish goalie Tollefson’s back and trickled in. Then within minutes Rosemount puts a nice shot on net, Gervais kicks out about a 5’ rebound and Levandowski knocks it home! That would’ve tied the game at 2 but the ref blew the whistle and thought the goalie had it. The goalie never had it.

This is how actually a lot of Tonka’s games have been this year. Teams play them very close for 2 periods and then Tonka’s depth outlasts teams or other teams push and get into penalty trouble (see CEC).
